Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and KlipFarm ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using KlipFarm you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What KlipFarm does

KlipFarm turns videos and streams you link to into short clips and music edits. We process the video on our servers and give you files to download. We don't post anything to TikTok, YouTube or any other platform for you.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use KlipFarm. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@klipfarmm.com if you think someone else has used it.

3. Content and permission

You may only submit links to videos you own or have permission to clip and repost, for example your own streams or a streamer's official clipping program. You're responsible for everything you create with KlipFarm and for how you use it. Uploading a song to KlipFarm doesn't give you the right to publish it; make sure you have the rights to any music you put in a video.

You may not use KlipFarm to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, to harass anyone, or to create illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content made with KlipFarm infringes your copyright, email support@klipfarmm.com with: the work you own, where the infringing content is, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for them. We remove infringing files and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Each plan includes a number of clips per 30-day period. Unused clips don't carry over. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

5. Refunds

Because clips are delivered right away, payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund. If something went wrong on our side, for example clips failed and weren't counted back, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

6. No earnings guarantee

Any figures on our site, including the earnings calculator, are examples based on numbers you enter. They aren't a promise or a prediction of what you'll earn. Your results depend on many things outside our control, such as your content, your audience, platform rules and the campaigns you join.

7. Fair use of the service

Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of KlipFarm, access other people's accounts or files, or resell access without our written permission. We keep your clips for at least 30 days so you can download them; after that we may delete them to save space.

8. Changes and availability

We work to keep KlipFarm running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Video sites change how they work, so some links may stop working for a time. We may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using KlipFarm and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 3, 6, 10 and 11 keep applying after your account ends.

10. Disclaimer and liability

KlipFarm is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost views or claims about content you posted. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY/STATE], and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
